Def Leppard rocked it!

Def Leppard was AMAZING! Was so impressed and wished they would have played the entire show as I could have watched them play for hours! Great energy and vocals, light show was fantastic and solid all around. Journey was pretty disappointing was pretty much the Neil Scon show and by mid concert every song was a guitar solo to showcase him. It was like they got together to showcase him only. The lead singer tried but the band played over him you could barely hear his vocals. Def Leppard definitely worth it, Journey not so much. ... Read more

Def Leppard was Great!

Def Leppard was great! Journey was very strung out and did not understand the lead singer due to too much base! We went two years ago and was much better. Turn downthebase and crowd canhear words and music ... Read more

Such a great show- such a great respect & call to the old days

These 2 bands came out to the west coast (I'm sure played all over), in 2019. But my wife & I have been big fans forever & talked my folks into joining us for their concert at George in the Gorge (not many know how cool that venue really is), but anyway; they rocked it, and we all fell in love once again with really well-done classic rock! It was the first time in 29 years that these same bands had played together at this same venue (minus Steve Perry, of course {but here's a kicker... HE WAS THERE!!} Young crowds tended to drift off when Def Leopard left the stage; but for some of us, it was just beginning.. When Journey took the stage, they had a presence & a purpose. They made us cry, love, and want, all over again; truly. Sorry Steve, Arnel is great! He's not you; and we miss you, but he's still amazing. His charisma & charm is off the chart & the fact that he's so humble, thankful, and knows how wonderfully blessed that he is, just makes him so much more loveable! He gives us what we want, but reminds us of where we're from; and that's just hard to beat. He sings like a bird, and mostly sounds like you Steve; and I've finally come to a loss for words... Best concert I've seen in many years! I'd follow them over & over if they came back. We had just an amazing time & even my folks were impressed with the show. All good things! ... Read more
